Privacy Policy

What personal data we process, why, and the rights you have.

Last updated: 8 October 2026

This privacy policy explains how OnlineLogicStream (onlinelogicstream.com) processes personal data and what rights you have under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Who is responsible?

Please note: our contact details will be added to this page shortly.

What data do we process?

  • Technical data needed to show and secure the website, such as your IP address, browser type and the time of your visit (server logs kept by our hosting provider).
  • Your cookie choice, stored in your browser so we don’t have to ask on every visit.
  • Analytics and advertising data, only if you consent through the cookie banner (see below).
  • Information you send us through the contact form or by email, such as your name, email address and message. We use this only to reply to you.

We don’t sell products and we don’t process order or payment details. If you click through to The Original Jigsaw Co and buy from them, they are responsible for your data – please read their privacy policy.

Google Analytics and Google Ads

We may use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, and Google Ads to show adverts and measure how many visitors click through to the retailer (conversion tracking). These services are provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.

  • They only set cookies or read data from your device if you consent (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(a) and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations). Without consent they run in ‘denied’ mode (Google Consent Mode).
  • Google may process data outside the UK, including in the United States, under the UK Extension to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
  • More information: Google’s privacy policy and how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

You can withdraw or change your consent at any time via Cookie settings at the bottom of every page.

How long do we keep data?

We keep data no longer than necessary. Server logs are deleted automatically after a limited period. Contact form messages are kept only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry. Your cookie choice is stored for up to 12 months. Analytics and advertising cookies follow the periods in our Cookie Policy.

Who do we share data with?

Only with providers we need to run the site (such as our hosting company) and, with your consent, Google. We never sell personal data.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict and port your data, and to object to processing. You can withdraw consent at any time. If you’re unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).

Security

The site uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and we take appropriate measures to protect data against loss and unauthorised use.
